Judea Harvest is a Christian ministry dedicated to accelerating the Great Commission across Africa through innovative evangelism, discipleship, and church planting strategies and partnerships. Since its inception in 1999, Judea Harvest has focused on empowering indigenous pastors and local leaders in their own communities by providing them with the necessary tools, training, and infrastructure to expand their outreach. A key initiative has been the distribution of mobile tents, which serve as temporary churches or community centers, facilitating new church plants and outreach programs in both urban and remote rural areas. To date, we have deployed 4,650 tents across many nations in Southern Africa, planting more than 10,000 in this Southern region of Africa.

 

We also conduct large-scale leadership training programs that emphasize discipleship, church planting, and sustainable ministry development. Through strategic alliances with churches and mission organizations, Judea Harvest has facilitated the planting of tens of thousands of churches across the continent. Our initiatives prioritize contextual relevance, affordability, and scalability to ensure long-term impact and replication across diverse African communities.

 

Additionally, Judea Harvest supports its mission with technological innovations, such as the Judea Harvest John Journey Pastor program, which equips church leaders with books, Audio Bibles, and digital tools for teaching and mentorship. Our holistic approach integrates spiritual outreach with leadership development and community mobilization, resulting in measurable growth in Christian faith communities. The organization continues to play a pivotal role in transforming Africa spiritually and socially through grassroots empowerment and scalable ministry solutions. We aspire to complete the Great Commission in Africa within our lifetime.
